Become A Member

The USC membership is comprised of two levels:  Program Providers and Collaborative Supporters.  Before you complete a membership application, please read the following information to determine in which level of membership you fall.

Program Provider

If you can answer yes to ALL of the following, than you should complete the “Program Provider” application.

1. Are you a 501(c)(3) organization?
2. Is your primary focus serving youth in under-resourced communities?
3. Do you have a youth development program component? (examples: literacy, conflic-resolution, work-force development, diet/nutrition/healthy lifestyles, etc.)
4. Do you have a soccer component?

Collaborative Supporter

If you can answer yes to ANY of the following, than you should complete the Collaborative Supporter application.

1. Are you an organization, business, agency, or individual committed to outreach with youth in under-resourced communities?
2. Do you currently have a program that is using soccer as a tool for youth development in under-resourced communities?
3. Are you looking to start a program that is using soccer as a tool for youth development in under-resourced communities?
4. Are you a State Association, US Youth affiliated club or AYSO affiliated club?
