Collaborative Supporters

Requirements:  This membership level is available to any organization/program/individual who:

• Agrees to support the USC’s mission and agrees to subject to the USC’s Articles and Bylaws

• Agrees to accept the USC’s polices and procedures as a condition of membership, including the non-discrimination and standards statement and others as the Collaborative may properly adopt in the future

• Completes a membership form

• Pays an annual membership fee of $100

• The USC Newsletter

• Access to the Promising Practices Toolkit and specific members only section of the USC Website.

• Opportunities to present at Collaborative programs and events

• Invitations/discounts to Collaborative programs and events
