Soccer in the Streets, Starfinder Foundation and the Urban Soccer Collaborative,  organizations dedicated to represent the United States (Team USA) at the Football for Hope Festival 2010 June 28 – July 10 in Johannesburg, South Africa. The event is a celebration of the power of soccer and is an official element of the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa.

The 2010 Urban Soccer Symposium

Washington, D.C., April 28, 2010 – The U.S. Soccer Foundation, the Major Charitable Arm of Soccer in the United States, and the Urban Soccer Collaborative, hosted 73 individuals representing nearly 50 different organizations committed to using soccer for social change at the fourth Annual Urban Soccer Symposium held in Washington, DC on April 21-23.
